Student Support Services includes special education teachers, SMILES program, school nurses, speech and language pathologists, and psychologist. SMILES stands for Sensory, Motor, Interactive, Learning Environment and was developed to help kindergarten students with sensory dysfunctions, social/emotional delays and communication disorders.
